I'm a McMaster grad applying to both MD and DO schools this summer. I just came across the WES but have never heard of it before. Can someone fill me in on what it is and what I would need it for??

I don't think this is required for students at Canadian universities, unless your undergrad was from outside of North America.

you don't need WES for USMD schools, but you only need WES for maybe 2-3 USDO school (depending on which Canadian university you went to). Ask/look around this threat:

Thanks for the advice -- after looking on studentdoc my understanding is that since my transcript is in English and from a Canadian university I'm in the clear.
