Butterscotch7777
A nation's foreign aid should be directed to help countries that help themselves. Describe a specific situation in which a nation's foreign aid might justifiably not be directed to help those countries that help themselves. Discuss what you think determines whether or not a nation's foreign aid should be directed to help those countries that help themselves. i was thinking corruption versus fair political systems. so foreign aid be given to those countries that actually help themselves rather than to countries that have admirable programs, but do not see the effects of donations put to work due to displacement of monetary funds through corruption. does that make sense?
