StayAwake
For the rule requiring at least 60% of your courses being from the corresponding year you're in, do they have to be at least 3/5 each term or can you have 2/5 one term and 4/5 in another? thehumanmacbook
That rule is from U of T's wGPA calculation, use the search function...
vanillabear
That rule is from U of T's wGPA calculation, use the search function... I thought it was UWO? ... either way, I don't think it matters.. as long as you have 3.0/5.0 total credits in a year at your level or higher. It doesn't really matter if they are in the same term or not.

For UofT it's an unofficial rule.
alai42
I'm currently a UWO student. During my third year, I was required to have all my courses be "second year" level courses, or rather 2000- level courses, as I had to complete all the prerequisites that make up my program (double major). How would that figure with this 60% rule?

amalwa12
Hey guys, About the 60% rule, if I'm in fourth year, does it mean my courses have to be 60% fourth year courses or 60% "upper year" courses (meaning a mix of third and fourth)? So basically, if I take 10 half credits (in UofT for example), do I need to take 6 4th year courses to fulfill the requirements or can I take one third year in there as well? Thanks! capnamerica
I know for UWO, it's upper year. I want to know the rule for UofT though.
