Confused about sydney and melbourne apps

For Sydney, the online application had a link to download the GPA Form, but no place in the online app with which to upload back the filled form. I already submitted my application. Where do I upload it?

 

For Melbourne, the online application on GMAC had no instructions about how or where to send/upload my DAT and transcript. Do I just mail them to:

Hey, I'm wondering the same thing here. However, with regards to USyd, they're supposed to email international applicants to submit certified transcripts, but I haven't received any email yet. Application was submitted on the 25th of May.
