medtech
For OSAP, which university do we put NOSM under and I couldn't find the MD program on the OSAP website. I tried searching doctor of medicine, undergraduate medical education, etc. Nothing... Has anyone already applied for OSAP for this upcoming year? EDIT: anyone know when is the earliest date we can pay tuition?
chichi
you put Laurentian or Lakehead- whichever campus you are at. If you will be at Lakehead, you can pay your tuition by Visa and get airmiles (or whatever points you collect). Something I wish we had had on the East Campus as well Don't be in a rush to pay tuition. They give you plenty of time. Cheers Oops: I thought you put host university. Guess not. ________ Hyde Park Residence 2 Pattaya
spice
if you look at the nosm.ca website go education -> undergraduate -> financial aid -> overview, there is a link to last years June 2 webcast for financial aid. The webcast says that you must use Northern Ontario School of Medicine and not laurentian/lakehead. hope that helps!
NWOsw
This years financial information session is Tuesday June 6 3-4:30pm - in person or via live web cast
Anne
I haven't applied yet but you can use the estimator https://osap.gov.on.ca/AidEstimatorWeb/enterapp/enter.xhtml. In the drop down menu for school there is NOSM. The only part confusing is there is a bunch of different programs depending on the weeks and what campus you are at. Does anyone know how many weeks first year is?

benhc911
If I recall correctly at the financial session they said it was 40 weeks. I'm not able to check right now but I'm pretty confident ... maybe someone can verify?
