chrisd123
Hi, I was planning on graduating this June, but I need to take an extra year to improve my gpa. So I 'm wondering if it is better to do an extra year after graduating, or is it better do an extra year first and then graduate next year (2012). I'm asking this because I'm unsure if med schools use the gpa of an extra year after graduating or will they only use the undergrad gpa. Thanks. HBP
I would do the extra year before graduating. 1) Priority for course selections. 2) You don't have to look/worry about "special year" rules for UWO. The rules, in short, kind of suck. You get no benefit by graduating first.
thatonekid
I agree with HBP. It seems that things are easier if you take the 5th year before graduating.
