There's been a lot of discussion taking place in the Accepted/Waitlisted/Rejected thread. That thread is for stats only. Therefore, by request, I've cleaned that thread up. However, there were many posts that were interesting/useful that I didn't want to delete. So I made this thread for you all to carry on the discussion here.
