A room in a house is available for rent next year. It's located in the Windsor Park community so it's a 5 minute walk to the University Alberta Hospital. It's a shared 3 bedroom house + a separate basement suite. There will be a 1st year resident and a 4th year med student living in the house next year as well. Utilities are included in the rent except cable and internet. Rent is expected to be $600/month, pending any increases in the rent for next year from the landlord.
