U of T health service

FYI, U of T health service offers complete immunization and TB testing at cheaper rates than at most family doc clinics. Best part is the hepatitis B vaccine is offered FREE of charge for U of T students if you need a new series or a booster shot:

That's weird I though these are covered by OHIP? If it isn't; wow...

Good to know. How about the health insurance we get at U of T as a med student; does it cover things like the dentist, vaccines, etc? Does the coverage extend to the summer or only the academic year?

No way! Argghh...I just shelled out $60 for a TB Skin Test and now they're telling me to bring more money for the other shots I need. Am I still eligible for the free health service even though I won't be registered for the school year till August?
