pokaroo
Adjusted average? Who is allowed this? The website just explains the process.. but not for what applicants can apply for this.. it seems similar to UofT's way- I'm assuming its only for Year 4 applicants? Or does it apply to 3rd year applicants as well. Thanks,
Genemo
You might better understand it by carefully reading the website again. It applies to whoever still have more than 90 credits after dropping the lowest year (or 30 credits if that year has more than 30 credits). hking03
Still lost.. :S Is half year = 3 credits Full year = 6 credits 6 credit= full year course (two semesters) 3 credit= half year course (one semester) If, after the removal of your worst year you still have 90 credits or more (the equivalent of 30 half year courses or 30 3 credit courses or 15 6 credit courses or 15 full year courses) then you can have the adjusted gpa applied. If, after the removal of your worst year you do not have at least 90 credits then you do not have the option of using the adjusted gpa and all of your courses will be used. Also, it must be your worst year, not just any year and they will only take up to a maximum of 30 credits (ie. if you took 33 credits they would deduct your worst 30 from that year). Genemo
I think most 3rd year students wouldn't qualify that, unless you have lots of total credits, or your lowest year has very few credits.
