There are probably pockets where you can't connect, but I doubt it is a problem in the classrooms/small group rooms etc. where we will spend our time. Cell coverage, on the other hand, is very patchy in health sci and many areas of the hospital. There is also no longer open wifi in the hospital, as far as I know.
