New discussion: I'm really surprised zapman got waitlisted with a 31.5/35 interview, solid % and DAT.

 

I kind of get the feeling that sending in your *interview score is detrimental... and they'll take priority over students they've interviewed vs students sending in scores.

yea maybe... since, so many people with similar gpa and DAT scores, it would work to your advantage just by showing up.

she said it will not hurt my application, i really have a feeling that its cause i dont have a degree...

 

PS-just wondering, but how much does the WL move usually? anyone know?

reading the waitlist stats thread.......its just insane that most of us have stellar best two year scores and DAT but didnt get accepted

I just looked at some posts from previous years. Apparently there are usually 90 people on the waitlist and of those 30 eventually get accepted. Do those numbers seem accurate to you guys?

Yep, something like that. I think its safer to say about low to mid 20s get in from the waitlist.

problem is noone knows what position theyre at-and this year it looks like the competition is crazy...

Are you sure the Wl is 90? because that's just ridiculous considering that they don't even tell us our position like UT.
