anxious_101
The posted GPA average is the sum of 259 GPAs of the incoming class divided by 259, which would be wGPA for most and cGPA for those who didn't qualify for the weighting. So it combines both types of GPAs in that 3.88 average. According to the official word, Deborah Coombs, the MCAT stats are not used beyond the initial stage to select those who meet the requirements for full file review - they claim the MCAT is just a flag and not factored into any pre-interview or post-interview scores. is the gpa a weighted GPA? and are MCAT stats used post-interview to determine offers of acceptance?
