ontariomed0002
hey everyone my final reference that I was waiting on after already having my application verified and such has just e-mailed me saying she sent the letter out yesterday to Washington by mail??? It says online that once AMCAS receives the letter that it can take up to 15 business days to process it and mark it as received online. So even if I get my secondaries back over the next few weeks, if this letter isn't processed until mid-August will that significantly lower my chances at places or is mid-August still considered somewhat early to have all the secondaries completed and such?? Thanks for your help as this was kinda a bummer to find out
treejuice1
AMCAS is usually really fast at processing mailed in LORs. Mine never took more than a week and for the one that was sent with registered mail, it was marked as received the day after it got there, so it shouldn't take as long as August
