christinawang1990216
in the instruction booklet, ottawa states that for a full time undergraduate year with 4 credits taken is counted in the weighted GPA only if the missing credit is taken in a summer. So I took full course load in 1st and 2nd year and 4.5 in 3rd year, but i didn't make up the missing 0.5 credit in the summer, will my GPA calculation be (1st yr GPA+ 2nd year GPA*2)/3. so in other words, my third year GPA won't be counted? osmosis
that's correct. only years one and two will be looked at to determine your wGPA.

osmosis
does it have to be the summer after? can it be during the summer before the year to get those summer credits counted? thx it can be at any time throughout the duration of your degree. if you have years where you were not a full time student, or classes you took in the spring or summer, those courses will be used in order to get you the three full time year requirement.
