blindedlight
Hi I was wondering how my gpa will be calculated. I will going into my fourth year at u of a this september. I took my first and second year courses at u of a and then took my third year at grant macewan university. In total I took 24 half year courses at u of a and 8 half year courses at grant macewan. My macewan courses will hopefully all be transfered to the u of a. But I have also taken 4 half year courses through athabaska university. Based on this how will my gpa be calculated? Will my cgpa be a combination of my transferred macewan, u of a and athabaska university marks? If my athabaska university marks are included then my gpa will increase, but I'm not sure they will count since the courses I took have no relation to my undergrad at u of a. The schools I will be applying to are u of a u of c and uwo. Idk if they have any policies about this?
Leon
You had best contact each school individually. They usually answer in 48 hours. I've got courses scattered across 3 institutions and some schools said they'll only look at my long term undergrad school while some of them, like UofT, said they'll consider all institutions. So it varies and the schools will give you your best answer. GL
