SelfMedicatdHypochondriac
Hello fellow peers, I t'was wondering about how I would going about filling out a part of a sketch for research. I have been working for a professor for the past 2 school years (only during the academic terms, not during the summer) should I do two seperate things for this, or indicate 2009-2011 [Only Academic terms only]. Additionally, I also have been given the opportunity to work as a thesis student in my prof's lab this following school year, and will be paid for extra hours. Should I group the paid jobs for research into just 1? and indicate that it is during the acadmeic school year + a seperate entry for the thesis? Or should I just almagamate them into one? I really don't want to convey the feeling that I am trying to excessively pad my resume. thanks
obi
Organize your research into projects. There is a box for "publication title" or w/e its called. So if in those two years your prof published two papers that your name is on, list it as two separate events. If in the two years you worked on the same project, list it as one entry over two years and just say it was during the academic terms. Since your thesis is a completely different project, add that in separately.
