I was just wondering if anyone knows any writing centre with good quality for writing the personal statment, I heard they are couple of them here in toronto but I dont know which one is the best so I can trust them.

I'll really appreciate if anyone can give me information about it.

I urge you not to go that route and you can find help here. :P

In gathering your thoughts for the Essay, consider:

Theme

Structure

Flow

Maintain Interest

Every part connected/flows into next

Selected stories each complete

No clipped words

No laundry list of traits they are seeking

Your stories should make your attributes jump off the page

Return to theme before Exec Summary

Compelling Conclusion

Name of Game:

Make reader want to meet you

Maintain reader's interest throughout

Have something compelling to say

Go for it and write your story in your first drafts

Apart from the complete lack of academic integrity, consider what it would mean to have a stranger write a personal statement...

You'll probably come across as a totally different person from your statement in the interviews anyways (assuming you get one).

If you are shaky on your writing abilities, then write a statement and find someone to edit it for you- most universities have writing help staff in libraries, or you could hire someone if you felt so inclined.

there's a thin line between "editing" and "writing" ;) ... primarily: you shouldn't leave a paper trail or witnesses besides the writer for the later :P
