andy_un19920608
Hi there I am a transfer student from Langara. I have already been admitted to UBC as a first year student, but I have already finished most of my first year courses at Langara. I was planning on taking a full course load, but then most of my courses would be electives. And honestly speaking, I cannot take any second year courses because the first year courses are pre-requisite of them. By the way, I am thinking of majoring in biochemistry. The problem is : should I take my remaining first year courses only, or should I register into some electives as well? I have talked to my brother about it, and he suggests I should take the latter option and use my free time to volunteer more or do something useful out of it. I'd like to hear more opinions about this matter, so please feel free and express your thoughts.
