I suppose it depends on the context: if a zombie virus broke out and the government attempted the quarantine a large area, inevitably someone that is perfectly healthy would be trying to get out of the quarantine area. Keeping said healthy person in the area is, in my opinion, intolerable; but meddling and perhaps jeopardizing the whole quarantine plan would be worse. Like that guy from the movie 2012. I have been consistently surprised how many of my friends take their kids to the doctor for something that is obviously viral and can just be managed at home. Has your semester started well?
