Sairam
Hi, I was born in Quebec, but moved from there before 3 months of age. I have since lived in Toronto and Ottawa. Would I still be considered as part of the "resident of Quebec pool of applicants" for McGill's undergraduate med program? Thanks!

RedLily
You are considered a resident if you were born in Quebec. Just make sure you have the 'right' proof: http://www.mcgill.ca/legaldocuments/. I'm a resident too, even though I was there for a total of 2 weeks at birth

If you were born in Quebec you are considered IP. I was responding to Hieu asking if he even read the list of criteria that he referred to before saying I was wrong.
