Flit Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 Hello! I've seen this topic around on the forums before but I didn't quite find any useful info so I thought I'd ask. I have been helping a professor (in her lab) for about 2 years and when I asked her if she could write me a LOR she said I should write the draft myself. I've never written one (or seen one) before and was wondering what criteria makes an excellent LOR? Is there a specific format? An approximate length?
