Cheapest Place to get an EYE EXAM (for prescription glasses I suppose)

I've only gotten one eye exam in my life and found out I needed minor prescription glasses. It cost $70.. which is very pricey (but I was covered for it back then).

 

Anyone know the cheapest place to get an eye exam (for glasses) when you have no insurance?
