JP2118
Hi all, I'm going to sound dumb, but how exactly do you properly format/create a CV, especially for the grad package?

cryptic.living
I am sure people feel very superior when they post that let me google that for you link. To be honest, I did google that last year (Google being my God) but it wasn't very helpful. I then borrowed the CV of one of the post docs in the lab and then also consulted the UofT grad admissions package guidelines; there they tell you what sections they particularly want to see. Eg. normally you wouldn't include your ECs within your CV, but they want you to. It was easier that way. With regards to formatting and stuff, I just kept a size 12 Helvetica font with 1 inch margins, single spacing and didn't worry too much if I was using up too many pages. I hope that this is helpful.
