niftymittens Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 Hi Everyone, I'm a 1st year med student at Western and I'm interested in doing research in Toronto (at Sunnybrook) this summer. The doctor I want to work with is willing to take me on - the only thing now is finding funding. I have no idea how to go about looking for funding. That being said, it does look nicer to have some sort of research award. If it's a specialty, check the Canadian website for that specialty's society.
