How can one calculate GPA

Hey all!

 

Can someone tell me how to convert my my McMaster grades to a percentage or the 4-point GPA scale? Is there an on-line calculator for this? I thought there might be on on the search function, but I couldn't find it.

The link to the grade conversion booklet is outdated, but it can be accessed at the omsas website where it says "grade conversion table":

Now another question: Should I be converting my marks in the same manner to apply to UofT, York, or McMaster Nursing as I would for medicine?
