I'm so peeved at my friend who chose this day to invite me to linkedin and I had to get that email.

So I actually logged in to my linkedin account after forever, and it has this feature where you can see who viewed your profile in the last 30 days..and it turns out one of my professors viewed it. That gave me a good chuckle.

I can't seem to find this info in other threads, but does anyone know if the AdCom actually ever calls the people in our referee list? (that we fill out for OMSAS?). Also did any other grad applicants send in the full 6 reference letters?

Apparently they do random verifier checks. But as to the actual amount of checks they do, I would guess its a fairly small sample.

I'm a grad student. I added only one extra reference with the supplemental package, as I didn't think that the fifth person that I would have chosen would add anything new...
