medgal Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 Hi, I am filling out the Quebec loans an bursaries form. In section 2, I ticked that one of my parents reside in Quebec. However the documentation that is required to prove this is a "Residence in Quebec Form". Does anybody know what that form is? and if so, Am I supposed to hand in my Residence form or my parent's.
