Thank you to all of the premed101 users who messaged me back and offered help/advice. My question is, does anyone recall having to fill out anything in Part 5 of that form? Most say they didn't have to fill out anything for Part 5, but the form clearly says we must initial whichever searches we are consenting to. Without that, the RCMP cannot do the search.
