That's how they officially communicate with all of their applicants. After a year of inactivity the e-mail address becomes "deleted" (it may actually be sooner than that- not 100% sure). You won't necessarily have it indefinitely. But if you're applying to med, make sure you check that address at least once a week (and then once it's getting close to when interviews are, once every day or two). That's where the interview invite/rejection will go.

You may want to redirect the UofA email to one that you use on a more consistant basis. I know that if I hadn't forwarded the UofA email to my regular one, I would have forgotten to check it for an interview invite/acceptance offer!

Anyone else love Bear Tracks? My own undergraduate uni doesn't have a tracking/to-do list system like this, and since I'm a list person I love it.
