Pathology 3245b - is it really hard?

Nah this really isn't the case, 3240A is just a lot of intro stuff so yes it is easier in a sense but it's like what is the inflammation response.. what is hyperplasia versus metaplasia.. so more definitions and background the second one is more disease and memorization.. (nutritional pathology for sure) but still 90+ manageable if you keep up to date

It's definitely harder, but I think the main problem is the change in course coordinators. Gibson is tough, and likes to make much more difficult exam questions. 3240A is an easy 90, but despite many of the weaker students only taking the first half, the average drops a lot in the second semester
