Subletting in summer

Hi everyone. I'm looking for housing in edmonton at the moment.. and most of the leases I can find are 1 year. Now chances are if i find a good place i'm going to want to just stay there for duration of my 4 years at U of A.

 

For those of you who live in edmonton... is there a good contingency of students in the summer who need places to say? Ie... will I be able to easily sublet my place in the summertime?
