What school are you at, amethystdoc?

 

Generally speaking, physiology will be helpful on the MCAT, but you do not have to know physiology to any great detail to do well on the bio section. For that matter, you do not even need to take an organic chemistry course to do well on MCAT orgo, but it certainly helps, and it completes your prereqs for schools.

 

Orgo in university is hard, generally speaking, so you might be better off doing the lower-level physio and the cell bio. Again, though, this depends on your school.
