BAMFtastic Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 Hi all - I am close to fully understanding Calgary's GPA assessment process, but because I'm from an institution that gives out percentage grades and their scale seems to have changed this year, could someone please confirm this: I assume they look at the yearly percentage average of at least 8 courses, so if I have say: 81 overall 2007W, 77 2008W, 73 2009W, and 83 2010W and grad studies at 85 cumulatively, then my UofC gpa shoule be: [3.7+3.3+(drop)+3.7+3.9] / 4 = 3.65, correct? Thanks in advance. When I placed my scores on the OAS it did the conversion automatically for me. Have a look at that.
kylamonkey Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 It will be close to that, at the very least. Are you a current applicant? Are you IP?
Rwethereyet Posted December 7, 2012 Author Report Posted December 7, 2012 Thanks for the replies. No, I am not a current cycle applicant.
