How old were you when you were accepted?

Recommended Posts

Average age of a cohort is said to be around 25-26 now?

I think it's probably younger, in the 23-24 range. Younger still if you count students from Quebec. Also, remember the difference between "average age" and median. Median will be slightly lower.

It doesn't matter though. I started meds at age 29. There are many people who are younger and some people who are older in my class. I don't feel my age has ever been an issue.

hmmm, 21 intially... im thinking 5 years from now for number 2, si round 29/30... i want to work a bit (which, honestly, is a weird tradeoff because im pretty creative lets say when it comes to making money, and money is nice and would mean if i got an mph at a top school or something then well, i wouldnt be worrying about cash, or even not living comfortably)... iuno, we'll see i wouldn't mind running for mla or mp to fill some of the gap... honestly, just declare your pc membership, and your good to go... some of the mla's are literally like effing kids, its hilarious... iuno, whatever,, i have a life laundry list and whatever pops up pops up,i def wanna publish a few books, edited up, looked over, and with a major publisher...

lol, yeah, ike i said the whole easily bored thing, lol

lucky for me i'm not stuck with the conservative girls, thank god for adoption... otherwise id be, well, lol, kids can make life less fun, and when ur in ur 40's the fun is less 20's, more a stay at hedonism island or something... and the kids, well, now that u have money, they can go to whatever effing camp they want, soccer, music, space... lol

Age is just a number and you should not consider it a factor in the pursuit of your dreams/goals.

Pretty much - there are tradeoffs any route you take but in the end you have to be able to live with the choices you make. Regret is one of the worst things to have hanging over your head.
