did anyone with below a 3.9 wgpa NOT get a rejection? starting to think that might be the cutoff for this wave. to those rejected, best of luck every where else. i got the snips from mac so i know the feeling. most of you seem to have decent mcat scores so keep your hopes up for queens.

Admission average for last year was 3.90 GPA, doesn't make sense for that to be a new absolute cutoff

my wGPA is 3.88. I called and sent a written request to have the wGPA as I took 4 in my last semester and 1 in summer due to a change or rule that i wasn't aware of. I had admin back me up. If UofT didn't accept my reasons for wGPA, I will have 3.75GPA

P.S. I didn't receive the rejection email.

Out of curiosity when did you send your letter/ call of extenuating circumstances? I sent mine kinda late (had to take 4 one semester due to illness) and I'm wondering if i sent it in too late. Given my wGPA of 3.88 and MCAT above cutoffs, I'm thinking my rejection makes more sense if they didn't apply the weighting for me...

I wish I could get the formula. My GPA would be 3.97. Instead it's 3.87 and I'm not expecting much from UofT. Haven't gotten my rejection yet though

LOL. I'd love to have that problem. My cGPA below 3.7 and I don't qualify for the weighting. No rejection yet but fully expect one in the next weeks.
