It looks like it can't be uploaded to Minerva, but must be sent by the institution itself. The status is currently "Not yet received/processed".

I called the faculty of medicine admissions office today regarding official transcripts. They would ideally like to have your official transcripts sent in before your interview, but will not penalize you if it is not. In other words, request to have your official transcripts sent in (by mail) as soon as possible.

 

That address is the correct address. For any student requesting their transcript from university of Toronto, manually enter the address because the pre-set address is outdated.

Thanks for phoning, dnao! And it looks like my university also pre-set the old address, so it definitely could be the case for other schools as well.
