tinker
I applied to McMaster and based on my GPA (plus PhD bump) and verbal score, I thought I would likely get an interview. As it turns out I was rejected but I have since been offered in interview at Queen's. I read somewhere that Casper is designed to assess how well you would do in an interview situation and based on my rejection I think I must have done pretty badly. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the correlation between their Casper performance and a real interview. For example, does anyone out there know they bombed Casper (because your GPA and verbal were awesome but you didn't get an interview at Mac) but then go on to rock the interview elsewhere? I am concerned that I am an unethical boob that is unable to make well thought out decisions on the spot and I just don't realize it!

Still Casper is subjective and not perfect. It is also a very time sensitive test. If you are worried about this may I ask if you have used your career services etc to do a mock interview to see how you are doing?
tinker
Unfortunately I'm not at a university. I'm a postdoc at a research institute in California so no career services!
