NeurogenesisGeek
There's a second interview? I got an interview for the MD part, but I'm still considered for MD-PhD.
Wanderlust
yeah there is a second interview - 20 min about, with a person from graduate admissions. We are supposed to get an email inviting us to the interview
NeurogenesisGeek
I had no clue. I'll see if I receive something.
foobat
I had a few emails back and forth with admissions. My MMI is in the morning (7:15 am) of the 26th, and according to her the PhD interview is in the afternoon. They apparently do the same or something similar on the 27th. How did you find out that you had the PhD interview? I didn't find out until I tried to change my date to the 25th (which I wasn't allowed to do unfortunately). foobat
Also, does everyone get an interview for the PhD part that applied? My grades weren't the highest, and frankly I'm a little surprised that I got a interview.
future_doc
I doubt everybody eho applies receives a PhD interview. Good Luck.
NeurogenesisGeek
I just got the email for the PhD interview. I guess it's mostly focused on passed experience in research? Why do you want to do an MD-PhD etc ? Does anyone know if they go through all of your publications and current manuscripts? Thanks.
