Amber Le
Hey Nicki....! You seems to be very sincere regarding your career. Well! If you are going to interview for dental assistant or if you need to get train under any professional dentist, they look for few things: 1) Interpersonal skills-They see that their assistants should be able to cooperate efficiently with the doctor and make the patient feel comfortable and safe while they prepare them for treatment or instruct them in dental matters. 2) Ask you to define your skill excluding you education- Besides education and specifics of where you worked, you can mention characteristics generally considered favorable: manual dexterity, good interpersonal skills, reliability, etc. and lot more things related to these... Prepare well and gain your trainers attention. I definetly know he/she will hire you.
