stingray93
Hi, so I am currently a first year social science student at mcmaster. To cut long story short, I basically wasnt happy with what i was doing and i was severely depressed and i screwed up in school, i was able to drop 8 out of 10 courses without academic penalty (due to them being full year courses) but i failed to drop a class and now it shows up as a 0 on my record and i have a 5/12 from one of the only science class i did minimal work in. I know my mistakes and I am confident that i can pull off a 10~11/12 gpa from now on as i slowly switch into life sciences. If i have a consistant 11/12 gpa from now on and if i score high on the MCAT will medical schools in Canada still accept me? Thanks for taking your time to read this! jojoluvsu2
Do well and take a full course load at an appropriate level (ie. 2nd year courses in 2nd year, 3rd year courses in 3rd year) and you'll be fine.
