QuARMs and what Queens wants

The supplementary form has only has 3 boxes for activities and how they prepare you for medicine/ how they informed why you applied for QuARMS rather than going through a 4 year degree.

Now there are a few activities I could put in but:

-I'm not sure if I should include activities that are somewhat unrelated to medicine but are more interesting instead of including a standard "I volunteered at the Hospital" which I assume everyone else has done, but may be a basic requirement.

-Also, should I sneak multiple semi-related activities into one box or is that a bad idea (ie: section for "volunteering" where I concentrate on one but touch on others)

I don't want advice on how to write it, just what is acceptable and won't get my application thrown in the bin.

I would ask the admissions officer, but they tend to give generic answers, and I'm afraid annoying her about something like this may be detrimental.

Getting one of the ten spots is statistically no worse than 3.33% at this point and 13.33% for getting an interview, so I want to cover all of my bases.
