mjd2012
Just wondering, how is everyone planning on prepping for U of O interview? Here is what is given in the interview package: The following characteristics of the candidate will be evaluated in relationship to the Faculty’s objectives: Life experiences: motivation, interest in others, conflict resolution, extra-curricular activities, intellectual curiosity. Intellectual and Cognitive profile: critical thinking, ethical concepts, self-awareness, and resiliency. Ability to communicate: interpersonal skills, verbal ability and general communication skills. Is the interview mainly situational/behavioural? Or is it more open-ended questions about who you are, how you spend your time, etc etc. It would be great to hear from someone who has been through the interview process at U of O in the past. I've seen some posts on here talking about a "good cop/bad cop" type interview. anyone have any details/experiences/thoughts about this? so how are you preparing? reading books? reviewing your ABS? wingin' it? looking forward to some good discussion
