Hmm well I made this a few months ago, is this sort of what you're looking for?

That is actually not what I was looking for, but I glad you linked that. That spreadsheet you've created has a lot of useful information. I did find some of the information I was looking for in that thread. What I was aiming for was systems each school uses to get their wGPA. there is lots of information about all of the Ontario schools but I was having trouble finding anything on schools outside of Ontario. I found out UBC uses your best 90 credits, which I assume is your best three years if you have a four year degree. I am still curious about the other schools in Canada though. Thanks for your reply!

For Ontario schools:

UofT: Drops one full credit for each year complete as long as you have taken a full courseload EVERY year.

I'm not sure if there is a limit to that (i.e. if you take 6 years do you drop 6 credits, or is it capped at 4).

Queens: If you don't meet the last cGPS cutoff they look at your last two years. Must have at least 3.0 credits (might be specifically at least 3 per semester...?)

Western: Two best years with 3/5 credits at your courseleve; or above (in your 4th year, 3rd/4th year classes both count as your 'year level'). Must have 5.0 credits in each year used. Must be from the same degree (?). Can only do one special year post degree with its own zany set of requirements.

Ottawa: ((last year * 3) + (2nd last year * 2) + 3rd last year) / 6.

Nosm: Not weighted, but only look at your best degree + add 0.2 for a grad degree.

Thanks, this is what I was looking for. Do you happen to know off the top of your head schools outside of Ontario that have systems like this?
