zda23
Hi, About to graduate from UofT. Has anyone taken or does anyone know of a 2nd year organic chemistry course (comparable to CHM247 at UofT) that I can take to fulfill US med school prereqs? Possibly at Ryerson or York? buzzcar2012
I hear York is pretty good for intersession. A bit of a time commitment but the mark itself won't count, just pass/fail. Can't beat that for orgo!

If it's Pass/Fail that means all you need to do if get above 60% and your mark never goes on your transcript, it is just recorded as a 'pass'

The mark will count for schools that look at cumulative GPA (including summers). For example, Mac will definitely look at it. My friend made this assumption and her GPA got hit badly. So Please get your facts straight before posting.
Savac
organic chem is not a pre- req for ON schools. It's a requirement for uOttawa
Savac
yeah but we don't usually consider that ON. ON is Mac, Toronto, Western, Queens etc. etc = uOttawa and NOSM. We usually consider all 6 Ontario schools
Savac
Ottawa is pretty far and NOSM only takes northern students, no point applying. Ok, so perhaps you don't consider Ottawa to be located in Ontario, but we do
