ntvli
Hey, I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate. Unfortunately, I don't have any English credit. Is it possible for me to obtain an AP English credit over the summer to fulfill this requirement?
jcbarnes
http://mdprogram.med.ubc.ca/admissions/admission-requirements/ Claiming AP, IB or A Level credit towards prerequisite requirements The following minimum grades must be achieved in order to claim AP, IB or A Level credit to satisfy the prerequisite requirement in the applicable subject areas. Please note that if the applicable first year courses were taken in first or second year only (not in subsequent years), the grades for these courses will be used instead of the AP/IB/A Level credit. moab
Hey, I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate. Unfortunately, I don't have any English credit. Is it possible for me to obtain an AP English credit over the summer to fulfill this requirement? Sure, but based on my experience there's no guarantee of getting the required score. If you're a strong English student, I'd recommend taking a first year English course by distance. It'll likely be more work, but also more rewarding and you'll get the six or so credits you need. peachaso
Taking the AP test after you've entered university sounds really sketchy. You should phone the admissions office to see if they would allow it.
