zizo5
Hi, I am starting a 2-yr course based masters this september and I would like to apply to U of C med this cycle. Will it look bad (in the subjective assessment) if I apply to med school half-way through my masters? If I get in, I plan to drop the masters. Has anyone in the same situation been successful? Thanks
XZeRO
There have been people that have done this before as far as I know. It's generally frowned upon in thesis-based postgraduate programs. They now make you and your supervisor (or I'm guessing a graduate committee in course based programs) sign a form so there is open disclosure between you and the supervisor. As long as there is transparency it should be ok
