Dirtymac
Well, I may be overly dramatic, but a little direction would be nice! I have completed a BA in Anthropology a three years ago, but my grades were so-so (B+ average). I had originally intended to do Biochem, and so took all the pre-requisistes in my first two years...and I flamed out spectacularley...like grades so bad, profs may have thought I was writing exams ironically. If I do a second degree, should I redo my pre-reqs or does it matter? Thanks! **As a side note, the reason I did poorly is due to personal issues and a severe pre-occupation with freshman girls and rum...
mkm
Do 2UG, find something that interests you the most. As for prereqs, if you're considering Queens and Western, they do not need prereqs anymore. http://meds.queensu.ca/education/undergraduate/prospective_students/frequently_asked_questions http://www.schulich.uwo.ca/admissions/medicine/requirementsfaq

jojoluvsu2
Don't redo prereqs. They just need to be completed, and some schools don't look favourably on repeated courses.
Dirtymac
Cool, thanks guys. Does it even matter which program I take (sociology, economics, free range chicken juggling)?
Rorzo
It depends on where you want to apply - Manitoba for example requires you to get at least a "C" on your pre-reqs, if you got lower in your first degree you would have to re-take them.
