Just wanted to double check if I had any chance before dropping the fees  . I saw that 3.87 was the cutoff for OOPers, does it tend to stay pretty similar every year or does it fluctuate a lot?

Yes, you absolutely should apply. Unless Ottawa is last on your list and you have a pretty good feeling that you'll get into your other choices. Best of luck!

I'm an OOP applicant who was just accepted to Ottawa for September. I had a 3.92 gpa, was a bit higher when weighted, but I think you should absolutely apply. Extra curriculars also play a very important part.

In province, a wGPA of 3.93 basically guarantees you an interview if you have some half decent EC's, I'm pretty sure it's similar for out of province as well.
