Aletheist
I'm getting very worried, 2 of my references sent out the letter more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't been confirmed as received by OMSAS. Anyone else having this issue?
SkepticalStudent
I think a lot of people are having that issue. If the letters still show up as not having been received yet by the middle or end of next week, you might want to give them a call. (Or you could wait until Oct. 15th, which is when they will be all caught up and whatnot.)
tea88
My prof sent via regular mail on Sept 26. It was updated today. You should either email your prof or call OMSAS because apparently the system is up to date.

Anyone else having this issue? I wouldn't worry too much about it. OMSAS will not penalize you for the late reference letters, and the schools don't care. One of my reference letters took a while last year to appear on OMSAS and it did not affect a single thing. Keep in mind that OMSAS is overloaded with letters at this point in time, and I am pretty sure there is very little staff. A delay is normal and nothing to worry about.
